SERBIAN PATRIARCH OFFICIATED
IN THE RUSSIAN HOLY VIRGIN PROTECTION CATHEDRAL IN CHICAGO
His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch, served the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the Russian church of the Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral in Chicago on July 17,2017.
His Holiness was concelebrated by many Hierarchs, priests and deacons. At the end of the service, the host, Archbishop Peter of Chicago and Mid-America handed in a hierarchal mitre to Patriarch Irinej as a gift. This mitre was worn by Saint John of Shanghai.
