AUTUMN SESSION OF THE HOLY ASSEMBLY OF BISHOPS OF OUR HOLY CHURCH
Today with a conciliar service of the Holy Hierarchal Liturgy in the Monastery of St. Archangel Michael in Rakovica began the second regular session of the Holy Assembly of the Serbian Orthodox Church in 2010.
Following the Service of God, which was led by His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch with the concelebration of Their Eminences Metropolitans Jovan of Zagreb-Ljubljana and Amfilohije of Montenegro and the Littoral and Their Graces Bishops Vasilije of Zvornik-Tuzla, Mitrophan of Eastern America, Hrizostom of Zica and Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic, the memorial service regarding the first year since the death of Serbian Patriarch Pavle of blessed repose.
His Eminence Metropolitan Amfilohije of Montenegro and the Littoral delivered with well-chosen words a sermon by the grave to bishops and pious people.
